SINGLE TAX CHANGES THE WORLD

In order to make regionalism and contained human settlement an economic reality, all taxes will be barred with the exception of a single tax: property tax. This will contain settlement in areas designated by government and regions in order to reduce human impact, and will fundamentally encourage developers to be as self-sustainable, maximally productive and have the most positive impact to the environment. This is an excellent example of providing behavioural stimulus to induce great change. In addition, as money and transactions become digital and more abstract, there will be less emphasis on materialism and the pursuit of money.
